Think of each Account Credit like a single SERVER... in order for us to keep it TURNED ON or ACTIVATED, you must continue to pay the RENEWAL FEE on it... Once an Account Credit is activated (An Account Credit is Activated when a Master Reseller requests NoMonthlyFees.com to open a web hosting account for an Account Credit), it will ALWAYS have an Annual Domain Registration/Maintenance Fee every year (UNLESS YOU WISH TO CANCEL THAT Account Credit), as long as you want us to keep it ACTIVATED... If you do NOT want us to keep the Account Credit ACTIVATED, you can request to CANCEL THAT Account Credit. Canceling an account credit is like having your SERVER turned off... once you TURN IT OFF, that's it! It is turned off forever. Thus, if cancel an Account Credit, and therefore request us to TURN IT OFF, you will NOT be able to use that Account Credit again at a later time. To CANCEL AN ACCOUNT, just let it expire. WE NO LONGER TAKE RESOLD ACCOUNT CANCELLATIONS. If you need an account cancelled before it expires, there will be a $10 processing fee.
