: 1. do you have a simple e-mail link with my referral id available. i have a large customer data base that i communicate with regularly by e-mail.; 2. I live outside the US... can I be accepted into your affiliate program ?; 3. I think I made a sale(s) and it is not showing up in reporting.net...; 4. I think my check is wrong...; 5. I think I was supposed to get a check this quarter and never got one..; 6. I want to cancel my affiliate account...; 7. I need to change some of my contact info...; 8. I signed up for your affiliate program but, have a new website and I would like to know if I need to re-apply or can I just transfer the links to the new website.; 9. I am under 18... can I join the affiliate program ?; 10. What happens if someone signs up for an account, but does not click through my link... will I still get credit for the sale ?; 11. How often do I get paid for referrals ?; 12. How long does it take to see a sale on the report at www.reporting.net ?; 13. Is there a minimum you have to earn in the affiliate program before you will get paid for your referals?

2. I live outside the US... can I be accepted into your affiliate program ? - Top: Yes you can.

3. I think I made a sale(s) and it is not showing up in reporting.net... - Top: Ok, FIRST you need to establish whether or not you ACTUALLY made a sale that is not showing up in your commission report...

FIRST, make sure that you have not SOLD the account to yourself...
since we DEFINITELY DO NOT pay for sales made to yourself.
REASONS a sale would NOT be credited to you:
You sold to yourself, or your spouse, or anyone in your household.
You refer someone, but then YOU pay for the account.
You tell someone about us, but the customer does not click on your banner and then sign up.

NEXT, it takes 5-7 BUSINESS days for a SALE to show up in your commission report AFTER the person PAYS for their account. Just signing up for a Free trial is not a sale.
Make sure you have waited AT LEAST this long BEFORE contacting us about any supposed missing sales.

IF AFTER Double Checking the ALL of the above, you still think you are missing a sale on your commission report in reporting.net, please do the following:

4. I think my check is wrong... - Top: Ok, FIRST you need to establish whether or not your check is ACTUALLY wrong or not...

You are paid QUARTERLY. This means that all the sales in Jan, Feb, and Mar are a quarter. Only sales made in that quarter are paid on a check (UNLESS you have commission carrying over from a previous pay period).
SO, login to www.Reporting.net and DOUBLE CHECK to see if the amount of your check is what it is supposed to be... taking into account the above facts.

Next, make sure that you have not SOLD any accounts to yourself... since we DEFINITELY DO NOT pay for sales made to yourself.
Additionally, we audit all commission checks... so, if you attempted to defraud us, via buying from your wife, etc... that will be caught and you will not only lose your commission, but you will risk losing your affiliate account.

First, we ONLY send out checks when your current affiliate earnings are at LEAST $300.

Part 9. The company agrees to pay all and any earned bonuses at the proper time (quarterly) to any and all Independent Affiliates that qualify. Commission is paid in the final month of the subsequent quarter a sale is made in. No earned commission can be used or credited towards other purchases.
